Help children thrive.
Knowing the welfare and health needs of children in your school is important for the individual child and for planning and evidencing.
Our Welfare/Health Needs automated questionnaire and scoring application was developed for KS 1-4 with Compass, The School Health Provider in Warwickshire. The SchoolScreener version is used by many NHS Trusts in both primary and secondary schools.
Screening for Schools® Welfare/Health Needs is a variant for use by schools with automated (including anonymised) reporting – in school and, for MATS, MAT also MAT wide – for year groups not covered by local NHS provision.
Child Welfare Needs Questionnaires and Risk Assessments
Screening for Schools eWelfare provides you with evidence based online welfare and health questionnaires (available for two year groups in Primary and two in Secondary). They can be completed by children at school, with staff there to assist, or parents at home for younger children.
Automated scoring gives schools (and MATS) the data required; also with anonymised reporting.
Secure, Online Data
All data is hosted in the UK and is both GDPR compliant and to the additional compliance requirements of the NHS. Schools (and MATS) have access to anonymised, aggregated data for their school. And MATS can also have access to the data and may compare schools across their Trust.
We’d love to show you SchoolScreener for Schools Welfare Needs. The application, how it works and how it can help your school.
